Welcome to Serving Cake! I make custom vegan celebration cakes in the Bristol & Bath area, that are bold, colourful, and absolutely packed with personality. Every single topper and decoration is handmade from scratch by me. No plastic figurines, no bought decorations, just hours of hand crafted work creating something that's completely unique and utterly yours. Something that makes people stop, stare, and say wow!

Handmade everything. Every topper, every decoration, every detail is sculpted and crafted by hand. I don't buy pre-made figurines or plastic decorations. I make them from scratch. It takes hours, but that's what makes your cake unique.
Proper attention. I take on limited orders each month. Quality over quantity, always. Every cake gets my full attention, start to finish.
Professional quality, sustainable practices. Eco-friendly choices where possible, and a tree planted with every order. Small gestures that add up.
Allergen friendly expertise. As a fully vegan business all of my cakes are naturally dairy and egg free, I also have soya and nut free options available too. Made in my dedicated kitchen, so everyone at your celebration can enjoy it safely.
And yes, everything's vegan, but to be honest, most people are just excited about how good they taste and how fabulous they look. The vegan bit is a bonus, not the whole story.

How To Place An Order
1. Get in touch – Fill out the enquiry form with your celebration details and design ideas.
2. We design together – I'll send you a quote and some initial concepts, then we'll work out your perfect cake.
3. Secure your date – Pay a 25% deposit and your date is locked in.
4. Collection day – Collect your finished cake from St Phillips, Bristol (and try not to eat it in the car!).

Hey there, I'm Jo! I make vegan celebration cakes in Bristol, and I'm genuinely obsessed with what I do.
Serving Cake started pretty much by accident back in 2016. I made a birthday cake for my husband Tom, people liked it, and things just snowballed from there. What began as a fun side project has grown into a proper business doing what I genuinely love.
I'm a proud member of the queer community, I care deeply about the planet (hence the tree planting with every order), and I believe celebrations should be fun, colourful, and made with actual care.
